4. Payments

payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout.

currency exchange rate. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

5. Refund Policy
5.1. Refunds for Digital Products
Refunds are available for digital products within 30 days of purchase, provided the product has
not been used or accessed beyond the introductory materials.
If we detect activity such as course progress, module completion, or downloads, the product is
considered used, and a refund will not be available.
This policy helps protect our intellectual property and ensures fairness to all users.
5.2. Refunds for Auto-Renewed Subscriptions
Refunds for auto-renewed subscriptions are available only if a cancellation request was
submitted at least 5 days before the new billing cycle.
If the cancellation request is received less than 5 days before renewal, the charge for the
upcoming billing cycle will apply, and the user will not be eligible for a refund for that cycle.

6. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
The Makeup Lovers offers subscription-based access to certain Services, available on a monthly
or annual basis, depending on your plan selection.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or
annually) unless canceled according to our cancellation policy.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges using your selected payment method until you
cancel your subscription. To submit your cancellation request please email

7. Subscription Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must send a written request to
[email protected] no later than 5 days before your next billing date.
If the request is received later than 5 days before the renewal date, the upcoming payment
may still be processed, and you will not be eligible for a refund for that period.
Access to subscription-based content will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.

8. License & Usage Rights

When you purchase or access our digital products, you are granted a personal, non-
transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for your own learning and professional
development.
You may not share, resell, reproduce, or distribute any part of our content without written
permission from The Makeup Lovers.

9. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, designs, graphics, and written content are the exclusive property of
The Makeup Lovers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of our materials may result in legal action.

10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
 Share your account credentials with others;
 Use our content for commercial resale or redistribution;
 Engage in any activity that may disrupt or harm the Services or other users;

Upon termination, your right to access digital products will cease immediately.
